Legal
Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and us, written to be read.
Last updated 8 June 2026
The short version: use the platform fairly, respect other members, and we will do our part to keep it running. The detail is below.
Using the platform
By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can join
You may use the platform if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, and if you are old enough to do so in your country. Some programs may have their own additional requirements, which we will make clear where they apply.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password private and your details accurate. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gained access. You may not share your account or hand it to anyone else without our agreement.
Acceptable use
We keep this community welcoming and safe. When you use the platform, you agree not to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other members.
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems.
- Post content that is not yours to share, or that you have no right to upload.
- Misuse the platform to spam, scrape, or mislead others.
Content you share
Anything you create stays yours. By posting it here, you give us permission to host and display it so the platform can function. You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
Our content and brand
The platform, its design, and the Central ICT Club Bangladesh name and logo belong to us or our partners. You are welcome to use the service as intended, but please do not copy, resell, or reuse our brand without written permission.
Other services we link to
Sometimes we point to tools or sites run by other people. We share them to be helpful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Please read their terms before you rely on them.
The service is provided as is
We work hard to keep the platform running and useful, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or fit for every purpose. We provide it as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Central ICT Club Bangladesh is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that arise from using, or being unable to use, the platform. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be waived under your local law.
Suspension and ending access
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the community at risk, and where it is fair to do so we will give you notice and a chance to put things right.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the platform evolves. We will update the date above when they do, and we will flag anything significant. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there, unless your local law gives you a right to a different forum.
